Cllr Hugh McGuinness

Hugh McGuinness has lived in Fair Oak for 25 years and is a member of the Fair Oak and Horton Heath Parish Council. He was elected to Bishopstoke Parish Council in 2008 and states he wishes to extend his local council knowledge and expertise to the Bishopstoke community.
